Why we collect it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, understand and assess your project, arrange discovery calls or site consultations, prepare proposals, and coordinate the appropriate builders, trades and consultants. With your separate consent, we may also send you occasional updates and resources.

Who may receive it

To deliver a project, we may share relevant information with the builders, tradespeople, designers, engineers, surveyors and other professionals engaged or coordinated for your project, and with service providers who help us operate (such as email, hosting and CRM providers). We do not sell your personal information.

How it’s stored, protected and retained

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Files you upload are stored securely and shared only as needed to progress your project.

Consent, marketing and unsubscribing

We keep your enquiry consent separate from marketing consent. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up to marketing. If you opt in to updates, every message includes a working way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
