Not every builder or contractor is a direct employee — the right people are engaged or coordinated according to each project, and the delivery structure is documented accordingly.
Yes. You are welcome to bring existing plans, an architect or a building designer, and we will work with them. If you don’t have a designer yet, we can help connect you with appropriately qualified external professionals.
