AMARAVILLA coordinates residential construction and property-improvement projects through appropriately experienced and, where required, registered builders, licensed tradespeople and specialist contractors. Not every builder or contractor is a direct employee — the right people are engaged or coordinated according to each project, and the delivery structure is documented accordingly.

Yes. You are welcome to bring existing plans, an architect or a building designer, and we will work with them. If you don’t have a designer yet, we can help connect you with appropriately qualified external professionals.

Yes — coordinating multiple trades and consultants around one complete property vision is central to how AMARAVILLA works, so the home and outdoor stages move together rather than in isolation.

The responsible builder, professional appointments and contractual responsibilities are determined and documented according to each project. We explain the proposed structure clearly before any applicable work begins.

Relevant registrations, licences, insurance arrangements and warranties are confirmed according to the requirements of each accepted project and set out as part of your proposal — never assumed or implied.

We review what you have shared, outline what a clear scope would involve and recommend a sensible next step — which may be a site consultation, a request for more information, or a proposal. There is no obligation.
